Khadyajah (she/her) is an experienced scholar and researcher, currently serving as the Fundraising and Strategy Intern. Khadyajah drives operations, ensuring that administrative, logistical, and technological systems harmonize to support our work and partners. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance resource allocation, driven by the goal of creating inclusive, supportive, and equitable environments.
Khadyajah sharpened her skills in operational management and strategic planning through her roles in various educational and nonprofit organizations. She is deeply committed to using education as a catalyst for building equitable communities. Khadyajah excels in developing efficient systems and processes that promote accessibility and fairness, resource allocation, and program execution. Her exceptional project management and organizational skills have been instrumental in implementing data-driven decision-making processes that ensure all community members have the opportunity to thrive.
Khadyajah is earning a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Penn State University, an MBA in Finance and Wealth Management from American University, and has a B.S. in Agriculture Environmental and Animal Science from Prairie View A&M University. She lives in Texas and enjoys traveling, vintage shopping, and reading.
