Careline Romain is a nonprofit development and fundraising professional with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations increase revenue, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen community impact. As a Consultant, Fundraising Services with FundEd Strategies, she supports clients with fundraising strategy, grant development, donor engagement, stewardship, and institutional partnerships. Careline has secured and managed multimillion-dollar funding from corporations, foundations, government agencies, and individual donors, including six- and seven-figure gifts. Her experience spans education, youth development, economic mobility, and nonprofit capacity building. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Florida Atlantic University and is fluent in English and Haitian Creole.
